LMG is a unique and intimate opportunity to gain up close and personal contact with a variety of leaders in long term care, to answer questions, propose initiatives and receive mentorship customized to your needs - both at the conference and afterwards. Too often, leaders lack these mentorship opportunities and are isolated trying to learn new skills “on the job.” By taking a few days away, you can focus on evaluating your own leadership strengths and weaknesses and learn from the experience, successes, and failures of others.
