LMG is a unique and intimate opportunity to gain up close and personal contact with a variety of leaders in long term care, to answer questions, propose initiatives and receive mentorship customized to your needs - both at the conference and afterwards. Too often, leaders lack these mentorship opportunities and are isolated trying to learn new skills “on the job.” By taking a few days away, you can focus on evaluating your own leadership strengths and weaknesses and learn from the experience, successes, and failures of others.

LMG is a tremendous learning opportunity to expand one’s professional knowledge in the field of geriatric medicine and management, and to also network and collaborate with other like-minded professionals looking to positively impact the post-acute and long-term care arena. ~ Dominic Lim, MPH

This conference was SO inspiring. Such a great mix of clinical background, using relevant data, and navigating how to work with our facilities administration teams. The real world skills and pearls provided were treasures! This is the best CE or professional development conference I have ever attended and I have been to many. ~ LMG Alumni

This conference is very well set up with great speakers, leaders and facilitators. I really enjoyed the ability to network, discuss and opportunity to connect with the leaders in Geriatrics. I am very excited and hope to be to translate some of the information I gathered at conference into a good QI team project in my clinic. I also hope to use the new strategies I learned in my day to day work and life as well.  ~  LMG Alumni

“The pearls I took home could make a necklace, and I am now reviewing my own clinical programs and strategic business development with a fresh viewpoint. It was the Business 101 Course for Medical Practitioners that I never got in medical school”. ~ LMG Alumni

"Our fellows completed terrific quality improvement projects through LMG. Sending our fellows to LMG was an easy way to meet this ACGME requirement." ~ Nancy Weintraub, MD; Director, VA/UCLA Geriatric Medicine Fellowship

"This conference more than exceeded my expectations. The pearls I took home could make a necklace, and I am now reviewing my own clinical programs and strategic business development with a fresh viewpoint. It was the Business 101 Course for Medical Practitioners that I never got in medical school. I would highly recommend this conference for anyone focusing on a geriatric practice, whether a fellow or in private practice." ~ Christine M. Mlot, MD, CMD; CMO and Co-founder of GeriNet Medical Associates

"Prior to attending the March conference, our team was on track to have a $200,000 deficit by October 2008. Thanks to the guidance received during and after the conference, we ended FY 2008 exactly on budget. Our team is now much better positioned to plan for future program development, and we have significantly advanced our visibility and credibility with the medical center." ~ Janet Groth, MSN, BSN; Program Administrator, North Shore Physician Group - Extended Care
